Program 215, Human Resource Management Program Description.
This program exposes students to various management concepts, functions and strategies, and reviews key aspects of management theory evolution, the broad environment in which organizations operate and management functions. Major management and organizational theories will be examined in the context of global business and e-commerce. The management of organizations and people will be explored through practical and concrete explanations of management concepts and techniques.

Program Objectives.
