• If a refund is requested within the first two weeks of purchase a program, you will receive a 100% refund.
• If a refund is requested during weeks three and four, you will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given after four weeks.
• All refund requests must be submitted via our website, in the Account section.
• If you paid tuition by check, the refund will be issued by check only and will be sent by mail to the mailing address you entered during registration. You must verify your address to promptly receive your refund check. Refunds cannot be mailed until tuition fees are received and checks have cleared. Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery by USPS.
• If you paid tuition by Zelle, we will first try to send the money back to your Zelle account using the information provided by you as Payment Details. In this case, the money should be credited directly to your bank account within minutes. However, if Zelle cannot recognize you as an enrolled user, we will issue a refund check to you and send it by mail to the mailing address you entered during registration.
• Depending on your location and for faster service, the refund check may be issued by DreamJobEasy, TriumphAcademy, or GoExamsPrep.

• Log in to your account.
• Go to the Refund webpage under the Account section.
• We do not ask any questions regarding why you are requesting a refund. However, you can provide us with your feedback in the Comments field. Your input will be used to improve our website and services.
• Click the Submit button.
• Confirm or Cancel Your Refund Request.
