Payment Methods For online learners, there are various methods to pay tuition fees. The most convenient methods include: Paper Checks, Credit Cards, and Zelle. We currently accept payment by Checks and Zelle. Acceptance of Credit Cards will be available soon.

1. Paper Checks:
Paying tuition fees with a paper check involves mailing the payment to us. It typically takes several business days for us to receive the check and then a few more days for the bank to clear it.

2. Credit Cards:
Paying tuition fees with credit cards is typically faster than using paper checks. However, once the transaction is processed, it may still take a few days for the bank to complete the transaction. Note: Most educational institutions still only accept tuition fees via check.

3. Zelle:
Zelle is a digital payment platform that facilitates fast and secure transactions between bank accounts. Using Zelle, you can send tuition payments and receive refunds within minutes. Note: The availability of Zelle may vary depending on the participating banks.

How Many Banks Support Zelle
Zelle is supported by over 1,900 banks and credit unions across the United States, so there is a high probability that your bank is included. This includes major financial institutions such as Ally Bank, Bank of America, Chase, Citi, PNC, US Bank, Wells Fargo, and many others.

As a result, Zelle has become widely adopted, with over 200 million people now having access to Zelle through their bank or credit union, as stated on the official Zelle website. This widespread adoption demonstrates how Zelle has become a quick and easy way to send and receive payments.

Many banks and credit unions have even integrated Zelle into their own systems, making it seamless for customers. Customers can access Zelle through their bank's website or mobile app, making it accessible and convenient for everyone.

To check if your bank supports Zelle, visit their website or mobile app and look for Zelle in the payment options. Alternatively, you can download the Zelle app and sign up there.

Advantages of Zelle payments

  • It's Faster: Unlike physical checks, Zelle payments happen in real-time, allowing you to send money instantly without waiting for checks to clear or worrying about mail delays.
  • It's More Secure: Zelle payments provide a high level of security, utilizing bank-grade encryption technology for all transactions.
  • No More Paper Checks and Associated Risks: Writing and sending physical checks can be a hassle and carry risks of interception, loss, damage, or fraud. By using Zelle, you can avoid these risks altogether.
  • It's Convenient: Sending and receiving money with Zelle is as easy as tapping a few buttons on your phone or computer. No need to find an ATM, carry cash, or leave your home.
  • It's Cost-effective: Zelle is a free service, meaning there are no fees or charges for sending or receiving money. Bank account information or routing numbers are not required.

With the extensive network of banks and credit unions supporting Zelle, as well as its advantages, it's no wonder why Zelle has become such a popular and widely used payment system in the United States.

How to Pay by Check To pay your tuition fees by paper check, please follow the instructions below for a seamless payment process:
  • Obtain a Check: Make sure you have a personal check or a cashier's check available for the payment.
  • Fill in the Sender Details: Write the date and your full name as it appears on your student records.
  • Memo Section: In the memo section of the check, write your learner ID number, which is a unique identifier used to allocate your payment accurately.
  • For Payments Made by Parents or Others: If someone else, such as your parents or guardian, is making the payment on your behalf, please include your full name and learner ID number in the memo section. This will help us identify the payment as yours.
  • If the preprinted name on the check differs slightly from the learner's name as it appears on your student records, please also include the version of your name used in the student record in the "memo" section.
  • Fill in the Receiver Details: On the "Pay to the Order of" line, write "GoExamsPrep."
  • Fill in the Amount: Write the payment amount in both numbers and words.
  • Signature: Sign your name at the bottom right corner of the check.
  • Important: Double-check that all fields are completed accurately, including the date, name, amount, and signature. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays in processing your payment or result in your check being canceled by the bank.
  • Sending the Check: After completing the check correctly, mail it to the following address:

    GoExamsPrep
    705 NE 8 ST
    Hallandale, FL 33009

Confirmation: After we receive your check, please allow sufficient time for processing. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will see an update on your account webpage.

Note: Differences between a personal check and a cashier's check:

Personal Checks:
Personal checks typically come with preprinted information, such as the account holder's name and address, located at the top left corner of the check. Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment to avoid bounced checks, which can result in fees and other consequences.

Cashier's Checks:
Cashier's checks have some blank spaces for you to fill in, including the payee's name. The purchaser's name is usually omitted, as the check is drawn against the issuing bank's funds instead of an individual's account. Cashier's checks are considered more secure because the funds are guaranteed by the issuing bank. When you purchase a cashier's check, you pay the amount upfront to the bank, and they issue the check against their own funds. Therefore, the recipient can have confidence that the payment is backed by the bank.

Thank you for choosing to pay your tuition fees by paper check. We appreciate your promptness and attention to detail in ensuring a smooth payment process.

  • Double-check all the payment details, including the recipient's name and the payment amount, to ensure accuracy.

Problems with Paying Organizations through Zelle
Paying organizations through Zelle can sometimes be a bit tricky, as not all banks currently support this method for organizational payments. However, we have taken steps to make the payment process more convenient for you. We have created an additional linked Zelle account associated with our business, which is also connected to our Accounting Officer.

When making a payment, you have the option to send funds directly through our business Zelle account or through the linked account. This allows you to send payments via Zelle, regardless of whether your bank supports direct payments to organizations or not. Here's how you can proceed:

  • Start by logging into your Zelle account.
  • Enter our email address: goexamsprep@alumni.com.
  • The system will typically automatically display our primary business name, Go Exams Prep, associated with the email address. If you see this business name, simply continue with the standard process of initiating a payment.
  • Alternatively, the system may display the secondary linked name, Andrew Alwinton. If you see this name, you can proceed with the standard payment process without any issues.
  • If the system does not automatically display any name, just enter the name Andrew Alwinton and continue as usual.

Regardless of whether you used the basic business name or the additional linked name, rest assured that your payment will be sent directly to our business account. This ensures that your payment reaches us smoothly, regardless of which option you choose.

Thank you for choosing Zelle for your payment needs, and thank you for your business with us.
