Biden-Harris Administration Increases Lending to Small Businesses
February 22, 2021. Small businesses create two-thirds of net new jobs and employ nearly half of America’s workers. Our rescue plan will help sole proprietors, independent contractors, and self-employed individuals receive more financial support. The plan will provide flexible grants and low-cost capital to help entrepreneurs of all backgrounds create and maintain jobs.
